I’m Tamaiti Samson, a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutrition Coach. I’m here to help people who are ready to Change their lives—so they can LOOK good, FEEL strong, and be their BEST every day.
Rugby has always been a big part of my life, but I knew I needed a plan beyond the game. I started out coaching sports teams and was always drawn to health and fitness. Then in 2014, after a serious rugby injury, everything changed. I turned my passion into a career so I could serve others and give back to my community.
Now, I work with people who are serious about getting back in shape. I’ll push you, support you, and keep you accountable. We train smart, eat in a realistic way that actually fits your life, and focus on results that last.
I don’t just talk about this lifestyle—I live it and 100% love it. Whether I’m in the gym pumping weights, preparing for a bodybuilding comp, training with my clients or TMS members(my fav LOL) or running around trying to keep up with my boys, I follow the same structure and sustainable plan I give my clients.
And like you, I balance it all—family, work, and everything else life throws at us.
