Don’t get me wrong, chicken breast has amazing macro nutrients, but is it something I enjoy and can share with my lil uso? Deffs not. Switching to nibbles is now a staple🤤. Waffles with mini TMS🎤 During our health and fitness journey, we often try quick-fix diets, cut out normal foods we consume on a daily basis, like bread, taro, rice or noodles that help us lose fat fast but lead to unhealthy eating habits in the long term. It wasn't an easy journey, trying to get use to getting up at 4am to start our day, rainy days I would make excuses we try tomorrow just because it's raining🤭many setbacks and challenges along the way, I must admit the first step is always the hardest! Maiti's motivational talks after class is always good to stay back and listen too!! There was one thing he mentioned that stuck with me till now and that is "there will be days when you don't want to turn up?? those are the days you need to show up! Once you show up, you feel much better, ready to tackle the day! Its so true! With a Coach who has so much patience in teaching form over and over again and a positive environment and support from our TMS family I have found a place where I can show up, have that time for myself to work on my health and fitness journey on the famous green mat!
