CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY.
At TMS Fitness Club, we know that sometimes you might need to cancel your membership.
Here are our cancellation and refund terms and conditions.
ALL TMS MEMBERSHIPS
Cancellation
All memberships all have a minimum term. This does not include any TMS Challenge "one-off" payment or payment plan
Automatic Renewals:
All In-house memberships automatically renew each term.
Notice Period:
To cancel your membership within the current term, you must provide at least 14 days' notice before your renewal date to avoid any charges. If a cancellation request is submitted before the renewal date, your membership will either end 14 days from the request date or on your request to continue until the end of the current term
Late Cancellations:
If you do not provide a 2-week notice before your membership renewal date, your membership will be charged in full on the renewal date and then cancelled.
Refunds:
No refunds will be provided for memberships canceled after the renewal charge has been processed.
Exceptions:
In special circumstances, such as illness or injury that prevents you from training for the remainder of the membership term, immediate cancellations may be considered. A doctor’s certificate must be provided to support such requests.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR 3 & 6 MONTHS MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT
Payment Failure Policy
If your payment is declined or fails:
- Access to the gym will be suspended until the outstanding balance is paid, and any necessary account details are updated.
- TMS will continue attempting to debit your nominated account without notice until the full amount owed is received.
We will make reasonable efforts to notify you of failed payments by sending an email to the address you provided.
Your Responsibility:
- Ensure your chosen payment method, including third-party accounts, remains valid for the duration of your membership agreement.
- If payment details fail, you are responsible for any fees incurred. Please update your payment information as needed.
- You must complete the minimum term of payments as agreed.
Contract Membership Cancellation Fee:
Cancelling your membership early will incur a fee equal to 50% of the remaining contract value.
No exit fee applies in cases of sickness or injury that prevent training for the rest of the contract (a doctor’s certificate is required).

IMPORTANT RECURRING SUBSCRIPTION BILLING INFORMATION
If you purchase any of my Online Program you will be automatically charged every period and you will continue to receive new updated meal plans and workout programs for the time that you choose to remain a client.
Cancellation:
In order to cancel your online program subscription, we require minimum 3 days notice before online program renewal. Simply

Refunds:
With my Online Services I have a 7 day 100% money-back guarantee — If within the first 7 days of your "initial purchase" you are not happy or satisfied with any of your purchases from me (subscription and non-subscription services) for whatever reason, simply just request a full refund by contacting my Customer Support team. You will be refunded and your subscription will be cancelled. However, if you have purchased a program during a promotional period and have redeemed that promotion (e.g. supplements, clothing, headphones) you are not eligible for a refund.
