What You Need To Do
Follow the process, stay consistent, and track everything properly to keep your fat loss progressing and your results visible.
1. Stay Accountable
Weekly check-ins through the TMS App with your weight updated and reviewed by me directly to keep progress on track.
2. Track Your Weight
- Every Monday
- Morning, after bathroom
- Before food or water
- Same scale, same spot
- All in-house members can use the scales and measuring tape at HQ. Ask a trainer for help if needed.
3. Progress Photos
- Every 2 weeks
- Morning, fasted
- Same lighting/location
- Front, side, back
4. Measurements
- Every 2 weeks
- Same tape & tightness
- Same time of day
5. Group Challenges
Complete fortnightly challenges to push effort, build fitness and stay engaged. Log results in the app.
6. Training Plan
Structured 8-week workouts focused on fat loss, strength, and improving your body physique. Choose to train at HOME (4 workouts per week) or in the GYM (3 workouts per week).

Home workouts require dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a resistance band.
7. Nutrition

Each week, I also share guidance and notes to help you stay focused and progressing.
It’s ideal if you enjoy having structure, clear direction, and the motivation that comes from being part of a group working towards the same goal. The set 8-week timeframe creates momentum and accountability, and it’s a more accessible way to experience my coaching approach.
